Webotel S.A. was founded in 2006 and is a subsidiary company of Airotel group of Hotels. It operates as a tourist office (Special operation sign of GNTO 0206E61000256101) with headquarters based in Athens, Greece and branch office in Casablanca, Morocco. Webotel is a member of HATTA and SETE and specializes in the management of e-sales and e-reservations as a representative of hotels.

Furthermore, Webotel undertakes site construction, search engine optimization, GDS representation and is the exclusive representative of the Webhotelier booking engine in Africa. The hotels – members exceed 270 in number, both in Greece and Africa (December 2009).
